Agile Gauge is licensed per user, purchased outside the Marketplace (this is a bring-your-own-licence listing — see the licence terms linked from this page).

Trial

14 days, full features, no card required

Every organization gets a 14-day trial. The trial is per organization, not per user — everyone in the org can use every view during the trial window.

Subscription

Per-seat pricing, self-serve up to 10 users

More than 10 users: contact us for a quote. This is a checkout limit, not a hard cap on team size — larger teams are still supported, just not through self-serve checkout.

How seats work

1. Buying a subscription issues one licence key by email.
2. An Azure DevOps organization admin activates that key once for the whole organization (a project admin's role is not sufficient — this is by design, since a licence covers the organization).
3. The admin then assigns the purchased seats to named people inside the extension. Everyone else in the organization sees a plain "no seat assigned — contact your admin" screen rather than a disabled or degraded product.

Licence and seat status is checked on every request that serves real data, not just in the browser, so a seat assignment is enforced consistently across the organization.

Cancelling

If a subscription is cancelled or a seat is removed, that user loses access at the point their access is next checked — there is no separate manual step.
