Named team sets and goals

A team set is a named, saved list of teams that Flow Health reports on together, and that Retro Snapshot can also pick from. Each set carries its own goals — the thresholds Flow Health and Retro Snapshot grade against.

Creating and managing a set

Create
Starts a new set containing just whichever team is currently selected in the hub's top bar.
Duplicate
Copies an existing set's teams and its goals together, so you can branch off a variant without starting from scratch.
Rename
Up to 60 characters. An unnamed set displays as "My team set" rather than a blank label.
Delete
Deleting your last remaining set doesn't leave you with none — it falls back to a fresh default set containing just your current top-bar team.

Team sets are saved per person, not shared across your team — each person who opens Flow Health keeps their own sets.

Limits

  • Up to 12 teams in a single set.
  • Up to 20 saved sets per person.
  • Up to 60 characters in a set's name.

Goals

Each set carries its own goals — one threshold per graded KPI. Five of Flow Health's six KPIs have an editable goal; Throughput is always graded against its own trailing trend instead of a fixed number, so it has no editable goal.

KPIDefault goalEditable range
Sprint Commitment≥ 80%0–100%
Scope Delivered≥ 95%0–100%
Net Scope Changewithin ±20%0–100%
P85 Cycle Time≤ 7 days0–60 days
No-Throughput Days≤ 2 days0–60 days, whole numbers only

Goals are edited from Flow Health's own Goals panel, and are shared with Retro Snapshot automatically for any sprint viewed under that same team set — Retro Snapshot has no separate goal editor of its own.

Tip

Duplicating a set before changing its goals is a quick way to compare "what if we held this team to a stricter cycle-time goal" without disturbing the set everyone else is already looking at.

Known limits
  • Team sets and their goals are per-person settings, not shared across your organization — a teammate reviewing the same team set will not automatically see your custom goals unless they set the same ones themselves.
